Hacienda Guzman will be present at Madrid Fusión, held on 25-27 January at the Palacio Municipal de Congresos in Madrid. This is the fourth consecutive year in which our oil will be present at the most exclusive gastronomic event held in Spain.

You can find us at Stand 96, where we will let you try our extra virgin olive oils from the new harvest and where we will also present what will be our launch in 2016, a new product that will complement the two HG Reserva Familiar products, manzanilla and hojiblanca, and HG Organic, a blend with the main flavours of Hacienda Guzman, the home and emblem of the project.

Madrid Fusión is an exhibition centre for new trends, both in terms of products and cuisine, and it is no surprise that the best national chefs are present in the Spanish capital: David Muñoz, Joan and Jordi Roca, José Andrés, Andoni Luis Aduriz, Ángel León, Dani García, Paco Roncero or Mario Sandoval, each one dealing with unique aspects of their cuisine in the workshops. There will be space for the different identities of Spanish cuisine, with regional stands, but as in previous editions, international cuisine will be the star. This year Japanese cuisine has made a big splash, with a tasty and healthy cuisine that is arousing increasing interest in Spain, not just for sushi.

The Cooking with Olive Oil prize is to be awarded once more, sponsored by the Province of Jaen, and recognizing the great influence of this product, both in culinary traditions and avant-garde Spanish cuisine. All in a space where the most prestigious brands in each sector will be present.
