The trajectory of Hacienda Guzmán as an olive oil production center for more than 500 years allows transmitting to those who visit it the culture, history and traditions linked to the olive sector. In the same way, it values the consumption of extra virgin olive oil, the basis of our gastronomy and a sign of cultural identity of Andalusia.

For this reason, Fundación Juan Ramón Guillén, based on the farm, manages the visits.

This foundation was created with the aim of promoting the development of the Andalusian olive sector, thus guaranteeing its survival over time.

In addition to promoting oleotourism, the Juan Ramón Guillén Foundation works to obtain the UNESCO World Heritage declaration for the landscapes of the Andalusian olive grove, the resolution of which we will know in the summer of 2023.
