The Sevillian Manzanilla variety is located mainly in Seville, Huelva and Badajoz, although its cultivation has spread outside of Spain in countries such as the United States, Australia or Portugal.

The size of this olive tree is small, making it ideal for intensive plantations. The Manzanilla variety is more common to consume as a table olive than as olive oil due to its low yield.

The extra virgin olive oil HG Reserva Familiar Manzanilla is green and bright in color and offers a balance between its fruity, spicy and bitterness.

The Arbequina inherits the name of its original town, Arbeca, in Lleida. In recent years, this variety has spread from Catalonia to different parts of Spain, having greatly increased its consumption. This olive tree has a good adaptation to the cold. In addition, is usually found in a super intensive hedge. .

The Arbequina olives are small size but with has a good yield, with a more frequent consumption in olive oil than in olives. It is early harvest. .

HG Coupage is the result of the best flavors from the 340 hectares of olive trees at Hacienda Guzmán. It is a studied proportion of Arbequina, Manzanilla and Hojiblanca.

The Hojiblanca gets its name from the white on the underside of its leaf. It is found mainly in Málaga and Córdoba. Its olive tree is very resistant to adverse weather conditions and different soils, and thanks to them, it is one of the varieties with more hectares of cultivation in Spain.

The Hojiblanca olive is rounded and of a medium-large size and in Spain it is consumed both as a table olive and as its olive oil.
