The quality standard set by Hacienda Guzmán's extra virgin olive oils is excellence, and achieving this outstanding quality requires adhering to procedures that match the brand's reputation.

Hacienda Guzmán's production process is environmentally friendly. Our activities have earned the Environmental Management System Certificate, the ISO 14001 from AENOR. We strive to be a benchmark in an authentic project, working with respect for traditional olive groves, maintaining 74 hectares adjacent to our centuries-old building for green harvesting.

We promote process circularity by utilizing by-products: we return 75% of what the olive tree gives us in the form of pomace compost, which we apply to the soil or chop the prunings to enrich our fields.

We are responsible for resource management. By using field sensors, we achieve maximum efficiency and savings, enabling efficient use of water and fertilizers.


WE ARE ORGANIC

All Hacienda Guzmán references hold organic certification, with seals from CAAE, a leading international certifier for organic inputs, JAS, essential for certifying organic practices in the Japanese market, and USDA, crucial for exporting organic products to the United States.

Furthermore, Hacienda Guzmán's extra virgin olive oils are also certified as halal products for the Islamic culture and kosher for the Jewish community.


EXCELLENCE, FROM FIELD TO PACKAGING

Our good practices regarding Quality Management are certified with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 from AENOR. Moreover, our packaging is carried out following the highest food safety standards, being certified by both BRC and IFS, both of which are essential for exporting our oils worldwide.
