  • Payment information
The order confirmation screen shows the resulting amount information: product price (broken down and total), VAT and shipping cost. Payment of the price of the goods purchased and shipping costs may be made by credit card, VISA, or Mastercard debit card. Payment can made via Paypal.

To proceed with the payment, the User must follow each one of the instructions that appear on the screen. You must inform ACESUR of any improper or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchases, by email or by telephone, in the shortest possible time so that ACESUR can carry out the procedures.

  • Delivery and returns 

The delivery will be made at the addressindicated by the user, requiring the identification of the buyer or the person to whom the item is addressed in a clear, precise and unequivocal manner.

In the event that the buyer considers that the product delivered is not to his liking, he can contact us at no additional cost at the telephone number 954690900. The return period is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with the accessories or gifts included in its case. The owner of the website reserves the right to examine the returned product, in order to check its status, as well as to notify the buyer if the return is appropriate. After checking the status of the product, the amount will be refunded according to the same payment method used by the customer.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal will not imply any expense for the user beyond the expenses derived from transportation from the place of fulfillment. For these purposes, the place where the user has received the product will be considered the place of fulfillment. In the event of returning items, the return delivery address will be Aceites del Sur, located at Carretera Madrid-Cádiz, km 550.6, C.P. 41703, and being the direct cost of the return of the good or service assumed by the client as stated in the General Law of Consumers and Users.

The buyer has a right of withdrawal, the form of which can be downloaded here. This will not be applicable to the supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personal. Neither in the event that the supply of goods or food can deteriorate or expire quickly nor when they have been mixed inseparably with other goods.


  • How much do shipments cost?

Shipping will be free in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands on orders over €25. In case of an order whose amount is lower, the prices will be the following:

Andalusia: €3.36

Rest of the peninsula: €4.29

Balearic Islands: €7.87

  • How to order

First, you can start your user session or register by following a few simple steps. Being registered will be necessary to confirm the purchase process.

However, if you prefer, you can add as many products as you want to your shopping cart without having to be logged in yet, by clicking on the "Add to cart" button found under the price of each product.

When you have filled your cart, it is time to confirm your order. To do this, you simply have to access the 'Cart' section, located in the top menu of the page. Here you can finish configuring your order by specifying the exact units you want of each product, as well as remove any element that you have finally decided not to include.

This screen also shows the itemized and total price of the order. Don't forget to check if you have any promo codes. If you got it, make use of it by filling in the corresponding box: the amount of your purchase will be recalculated.
